- My lawn service was done today, when can I mow/water the lawn?
We ask that you wait atleast 48 hours before you mow the lawn. If it has to be done prior to that, do not pick up the clippings so the fertilizer will still get into the soil. As for watering, the weed controls need time to dry, therefore you should wait atleast 12 hours to resume your watering practices.
- How often should I be watering my lawn?
We suggest 2 times a day in the early morning and evening hours.
- I am unable to water my lawn, can I still have your lawn care service?
Sure! Although their is a possibility for drought stress to become a nuasance on your lawn, our fertilizer will still add nutrients to your lawn that it needs.
- I am concerned about pesticides, can you help me?
We are environmentally conscious and we care for your needs. We can answer all your questions so you have a better understanding of how to not let the word "pesticides" hold you back from having a safe and healthy home.
- I am on a budgeted income, does your company have payment plans that can accomodate me?
We treat you like family and we understand times are tough. We can work with you to find a result that suits both of our budgets.
- Why are all lawn companies so different with the number of services they have?
Its a matter of revenue. The more services being done, the more charges on your account. Our philosphy is get the highest amount of nitrogen in the fertilizer to get you through a 6-8 week, 5 service program in order to keep costs lower for you. Then, attach some free service calls to the 5 service program, in order maintain the health and beauty of your lawn.
- What are free service calls?
If we have to return to your home to check on something, if we have to spray the weeds again, if crabgrass is a nuasance, our customers on the 5 service program will receive the free service calls throughout the season. All we ask, is that you call us to let us know what your needs are.
- What if I am not on the 5 service lawn care program, do I still get service calls?
Call us. Being a family business, we care and are very accomodating to your needs. We're sure to find a result without asking for another investment.
